GENERAL INFORMATION
Add a quote to the Idiotipedia this Monday through Friday, April 24th for a chance to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card.

The quote with the most “What an Idiot” votes will be declared “the most idiotic quote of the week” and the winner will be presented a $25 Amazon Gift Card.

Entry Requirements
All entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm PST April 24, 2009. Contest begins April 20, 2009 . Submissions failing to meet the requirements below will not qualify for prize winnings.

Official Rules

• No purchase necessary to win the contest. Purchasing a product or service from OfficeEvil.com, Pomp Productions LLC, or any of its affiliated companies will not have any influence on or improve your chances of winning.
• Contest is only open to residents of the continental United States ages 18 and over.
• Contestants may submit up to five entries per day.
• Winning entries will be relevant to the topic, unique and creative.
• Submissions will be disqualified if they are deemed incomplete, damaged, profane, vulgar, or otherwise obscene.
• You are voluntarily sending us your entries. So, if you submit your entry, including your name and contact info, you are giving us permission to post and reuse your entry at our discretion. Also, if you are selected as a winner your OfficeEvil.com username will be posted along with your winning entry.
• Entries will be posted online at http://www.officeevil.com/idiotipedia and voted upon by visitors to the website.
• The valid entry that receives the most “What an Idiot” votes will be awarded First Prize.
• Visitors are allowed one vote.
• Votes must be made online by a human being with a standard web browser. Votes made by robots, scripts, or other means will not be counted and considered invalid.
• You will be able to check out the winners by visiting http://www.officeevil.com/idiotipedia after 5/4/2009.
• Failure to submit your entry according to the above requirements will disqualify you from the contest.
• By submitting my entry to this contest, I am in agreement with all contest rules as well as all Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of OfficeEvil.com.
• I declare that at the time of submission I am a legal resident of the continental United States, excluding Rhode Island and, and am 18 years of age or older.

I understand I am not required to purchase any products or services from OfficeEvil.com, Pomp Productions LLC, or any of its affiliated companies, and doing so will not have any influence on or increase my chances of winning. Employees of Pomp Productions LLC (the Sponsor), its companies, affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this contest. The contest begins at 12:00 am EST April 20, 2009 and concludes 11:59 am EST April 24, 2009. This contest is void in Rhode Island. Void where prohibited by law.

I grant permission to Pomp Productions LLC and its affiliated companies (OfficeEvil.com) the rights to use, reproduce, redistribute, and otherwise publicly display, either in print, electronically or on the web, the entries voluntarily submitted by me as participation in the contest as well as my name and likeness. For the purposes of this document, the above listed companies will be referred to collectively as the Sponsor. The Sponsor may use my photographs, name and likeness for any and all marketing purposes, including but not limited to, advertising and promoting Pomp Productions LLC or its companies.

I warrant the submitted entries are originals created by me, and are complete originals in all other aspects. No part of them is taken from or based off of any other work, nor do they infringe upon someone else’s rights or any copyrighted material; also, the reproduction, redistribution, or any other use of the entries by the Sponsor in any form will not infringe upon any copyright or personal rights either directly or indirectly.

All prizes are non-transferable, and may not be substituted except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Cash will not be awarded in place of prize winnings. I understand, other than the prize winnings, I am not entitled to any other compensation, reward, or credit as a result of winning the contest or use of the entries by the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.

Entries posted for voting will be selected by Pomp Productions from those entries who fulfill each requirement of contest and will be based upon relevancy to the topic and uniqueness.

Winners will be notified by email on or around the second week of September. If after several attempts, we are unable to contact the winner, another winner will be selected in their place. Prize winnings will be shipped to the winner’s mailing address at the expense of the Sponsor. The retail value of the prize is approximately $25.

I AGREE TO RELEASE Pomp Productions LLC, its affiliated companies, Executives, employees, their families, affiliates, or any other representative from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, or any other expenses which could occur now or in the future relating to any and all matters connecting to my participation in this contest. This may include, but is not limited to 1) copyright or proprietary right violation or infringement; 2) any property damage, act of unlawfulness, loss, injury or death that may occur as a result of or in connection with my preparation to participate in this contest 3) or relating to my use, misuse, or unwillingness to use the prize awarded. Furthermore, the Sponsor is not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected entries and/or votes submitted, nor for damages caused by visiting the web site.

I have fully read and clearly understood the terms and requirements contained in this Agreement. I also understand these terms are contractual and by submitting my entry I am agreeing to this legally binding document.
